Today's recipe is....Mango kulfi
Ingredients:
1/2 bowl of chopped ripe mangoes
1/2 bowl of fresh cream
2 tbsp of sugar powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Procedure:
Take a bowl add cold cream in it. Add sugar powder and vanilla essence in it. Blend it properly.
Now add chopped mango in it. Mix both well.
Now transfer it in kulfi maker container. Put it in deep freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
Easy to make and cool to eat kulfi is ready.
Servings:
Serve it right from the freezer or you can sprinkle some dry fruits or jelly on it.
