Today's recipe is.....Lasaniya dhokla
Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice
1/2 bowl of split Bengal gram
1/4 bowl of split black gram
1/2 bowl of curd
1 to 2 cup of water
1/2 bowl of bottle gourd ( gratted)
2 tbs of green chili, ginger, garlic paste, coriander ( chopped)
3 tsp fruit salt
3 tbsp of oil (groundnut oil)
1 tbsp of red chilli powder
1 tbsp of garlic paste
Salt to taste
Procedure:
For lasaniya chatni
Take food processor add garlic , red chilli powder and salt and some oil in it. Chatni is ready.
Soak rice, slip Bengal gram and black gram over night or for 5 to 6 hours. Then make fine paste of it using food processor. Add bottle gourd,coriander ,curd,salt and garlic,ginger chili paste in it. Add water in it off required. Batter should not be more thick or thin. Put it aside for at least 2 hour with lid on the container. The batter is ready.
Take steamer. Greece the container with oil.add fruit salt in batter and mix it well.now transfee batter into steamer container and sprinkle lasaniya chatni in it.let it steam for 10 to 15 min. It is ready now.
Servings:
Cut the pieces from dhokla and serve it with groundnut oil.
