Mango chamcham

Dear diet......
Today's recipe is....Mango chamcham

Ingredients:

500 ml of milk
2 tbsp of lemon juice
50 gm of khoya
1 cup of ripe mango puree
2 glasses of water
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of kesar
1 tsp of cardamom powder
1 tbsp of chopped dryfruits( pistachios, almonds)

Procedure:

Take a pan add milk in it. Add lemon juice in it. As it started to cuddle switch of the gas.

Now transfer it into strainer add wash it with cold water to stop cooking process.

Put it aside for half an hour to remove excess water.

Now take the curd make chamcham shape from it.

Take a pan add water in it. Add sugar in it. As sugar dissolve add cardamom powder and chamcham in it. And cover the pan with lid.

Cook it for 10 minutes in to sugar syrup.

Above procedure is same procedure of rasgulla just shape is changed.

Now take a pan add mango pulp in it.as water of pulp burn add khoya and sugar in it. Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes. Stuffing is ready.

Now take chamcham cut it  from the middle add stuffing in it.

Servings:

Mango chamcham is ready put it into freedge and serve it cool with sugar syrup and dry fruits.
