Today's recipe is........Mag ( green gram) pulau
Ingredients:
1 bowl of mag( green gram)( cooked)
1/2 bowl of rice ( cooked)
1 onionn ( chopped)
1 tbsp of ginger chilli garlic paste, coriander( chopped), lemon juice
1 tsp of cumin seeds, turmeric powder
2 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add Cumeen seeds in it. As it starts to pop up add onion, ginger chulilli garlic paste.
Add turneric powder, salt Stir it well and cooked it for 5 minutes.
As onion gets cooked add mag (green gram) in it. Add lemon juice in it. Add rice in it. Mix all well now add coriander in it.
After 5 min switch of the stove.
Servings:
Serve it with salad or curd.
