Kanda kachori

Dear diet.......
Today's recipe is ...... Kanda kachori

Ingredients:

2 bowls of all purpose flour
1/4 bowl of ghee
4 chopped onion
1 tbsp of cumin coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,fennel seeds, niggela seeds,green chillies
4 tbsp of split begal gram flour( besan)
2 tbsp of chopped coriander
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Procedure:

Take a pan add all purpose flour ,ghee salt in it. By adding water make  fine daugh from it. Now put it aside for at least 30 minutes.

Take a pan add oil in it. Add bay leaves,fennel seeds,niggela seeds in it.

Now add chopped green chillies ,onion,garam masala,cumin coriander powder, split begal gram flour,red chilli powder. Saute all well.

Lastly add chopped coriander and salt in it. Stuffing is ready.

Now take daugh make 12 equal parts of it. Press the daugh from the sides and fill stuffing in it.press it in a way that it is thick in middle and thin from the sides.

Give proper shape to it using hands.

Now deep fry it on midium flame for 5 minutes until it become golden brown.

Servings:

Serve it with either green chatni or tamarind chatni or both.
