Today's recipe is....... Ratatoullie
Ingredients:
1 bowl of vegetables like brinjal ( eggplant ) , zucchini, onion, beat root, carrot ( all sliced)
4 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tbsp of gatlic( chopped), green chillies
1/2 tbsp of oregano, basil leaves, coriander.
1 tsp black pepper powder
4 tbsp of olive oil
1 cup of parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1 cup of water
Procedure:
Now take all cut vegetables marinate it with olive oil, oregano, black pepper and salt.
Put it aside for 10 minutes.
During that ,take a pan add olive oil in it. Add garlic in it. Now add chopped tomatoes in it.
Add green chillies, oregano, black pepper powder, salt, basil leaves and coriander in it.
Saute all well. Add water in it. Cook it until extra water gets evoperates.
Now spread above sauce in pan then arrange all vegetables in it one by one.pour rest of sauce on Vegetables.
Cover it with cheese, sprinkle oregano and pour olive oil on it.
Now cover it with lid
Microwave it or put it in oven on 180°c for 10 minutes.
Servings:
It is ready to serve.
