Today's recipe is .....veg cheese rice
Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice ( cooked)
1 bowl of vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, cucumber
2 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder , cloves
1 tbsp of coriander ( chopped),
2 onions (chopped)
1 to 2 bey leaves , whole red chillies
1/2 bowl of curd , cheese ( greted)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil on it. Add cumin seeds , whole red chillies , green chillies , bey leaves, cloves in it.
As soon as it starts to pop up add chopped vegetables in it. Add salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder in it. Stir it well.
Now add cooked rice in it. Stir it for 10 minutes. At last add greted cheese and coriander in it.
Servings:
Serve it with curd and onion.
