Dear diet...... today's recipe is
Alloo bhajiya
Ingredients:
1 bowl besan ( gram flour)
1 cup of water
1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt, black salt,carom seeds
1 bowl of sliced potatoes
Oil to fry
1 cup of water
1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt, black salt,carom seeds
1 bowl of sliced potatoes
Oil to fry
Procedure:
Take a pan, add besan, salt ,water, carom seeds in it. And make smooth batter by mixing all well.
Now add potato slices in it. And coat potatoes with batter and deep fry it on medium flame.
Servings:
Serve it by sprinkling red chilli powder and black salt on it.
