Dal chilla
Ingredients:
1 bowl of split black gram lentils ( urad dal)
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of vegetables like tomato, onion, capsicum, cabbage
1 tbsp of chopped green chillies, chopped coriander
2 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste

ઘટકો:
અડદ દાળનો 1 બાઉલ
1 કપ પાણી
1/2 કપ શાકભાજી જેવા કે ટમેટા, ડુંગળી, કેપ્સિકમ, કોબી
1 tbsp લીલા મરચાં, ધાણા
2 tbsp તેલ
સ્વાદ મીઠું

Procedure:
Take 1 bowl of over night soaked split black gram lentils. Using food processor make fine batter from it by adding 1 cup of water.
Now add all chopped vegetables green chillies,coriander , salt in it.
Take a pan, add oil in it. Now add this whole batter in it.
Cover the pan using lid. Cook it for 10 min. Now after 10 min turn it around and cook it for another 10 min. If require add some oil in it.
Serve it with green chatni or tomato catch up.
