puna mishal

Dear diet..... Today's recipe is .....
Puna mishal
Ingredients
1 bowl beaten rice
1 bowl sprouts 
2 tbsp of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies,garlic, curry leaves,coriander 
1 tbsp of red chilli powder, turmeric powder
2 glass of water
Oil 
Curd
Besan sev
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take a pan add oil ,mustard seeds,curry leaves ,whole dry chili in it. 
Add chopped green chillies, garlic, onion in it.
Add sprouts in it. Add turmeric powder, salt, mix all well. Cook it for 5 min.
Add  2 glasses of water in it. Gravy is ready.lastly add chopped coriander  in it.

Now take another pan. Add oil ,cumin seeds in it. Add beaten rice, turmeric powder,salt in it. Cook it for 5 min.lastly add chopped coriander  in it.

Servings
Take a bowl add beaten rice then add gravy in it. Add onion, besan sev and curd in it. Serve it hot.
