Corn quesadilla
Ingredients:
For tortilla
1 /2 bowl wheat flour
1/2 bowl corn flour
Oil
water
Salt to taste
For stuffing
1 bowl of corn, capsicum , onion (all chopped)
1 tbsp of oregano, black pepper powder, mix herbs, chili flakes,olive oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp of olives
1 bowl grated cheese
Procedure:
Take a pan add olive oil in it. Add chopped onion then corn and then capsicum um in it.
Saute all well for 5 min. Add black pepper powder, oregano, mix herbs, chilli flakes , salt in it.
Cook it for 5 min. Now add grated cheese and olives in it.
Take tortilla put stuffing on one side and fold the other side.
Now put it either in sandwich maker or toast it on pan by applying some oil or butter.
Servings:
Serve it with sour cream, mayonnaise or salsa.
