cranberry Ghevar

Dear diet .....
Today's recipe is.... Cranberry Ghevar

Ingredients:
2 tbsp of ghee
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
4 pieces of ice cube
Ghee to fry
1 glass cranberry juice
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of dryfruits and cranberry 
4 tbsp of chilled water

Procedure:

Take a bowl add ghee in it. Add ice cubes in it and whisk it for atleast 3 min until it becomes creamy.
Now add a purpose flour again whisk it for 2 min. 
Then add water in that mixture. Mixture should be in pouring consistency.
Now  drop the batter  slowly in ghee to fry. Ghee should be on medium flame.
Now take a pan. Add cranberry juice and add sugar in it. Cook it until it becomes thick in consistency.
Servings:
Serve fried ghevar by dipping it in cranberry sauce and some dryfruits.
