Today's recipe is....
Paniyaram with tomato chatni
1 bowl of soaked rice and soaked lentil (urad) dal batter
1 tsp of fruit salt
1 tbsp of coriander, green chillies
Salt to taste
Tomato chatni
3 tbsp of coconut
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp garlic,red chilli powder, peanuts
1 tsp of mustard seeds
Curry leaves, whole red chilli
Procedure:
For paniyaram
Take overnight soaked rice (1 bowl) and lentil (1/4 bowl)
Make smooth better by mixing both
Now add chopped chili coriander, salt, fruit salt in it.
Take pan add some oil and make paniyaram from it.
For tomato chatni
Take food processor add coconut tomato, garlic, red chili powder,salt ,peanut, 2 tbsp water in it.
Now take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves. As seeds popped up add this oil into chatni.
