Gulkand lassi
Ingredients:
(For 1 glass)
100 gm creamy curd
1 tbsp of gulkand,sugar powder,pistachios (chopped)
Pinch of salt
Procedure:
Take a bowl add curd, gulkand and sugar in it.
Using food processor mix all well.
Put it into deep fridge for 5 min.
