3 layers Mexicano

Dear diet.... Today's recipe is...
3 layers mexicano 

Ingredients:
1 bowl of kidney beans (boiled)
1 bowl of tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 bowl of onion (chopped)
1/2 bowl of capsicum 
2 tbsp of chopped garlic, coriander
1 tbsp of black pepper powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice
Sour cream ( hungcurd )
Nachos chips
Oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add garlic paste and onion in it. Add tomatoes in it. Lastly add capsicum in it.

Now add coriander, black pepper powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt,cumin powder in it.

Lastly add kidney beans in it. Cook it for 5 min. 

Servings: 
 Take a glass, first pour above sauce then your choice of vegetables after that add sour cream and lastly nachos chips.
