Lili haldar ( turmeric root ) sabji
Ingredients:
50 gm turmeric root ( grated)
50 gm spring garlic ( grated),green peas
100 gm spring onion ( chopped)
100 gm chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of ginger,garlic,green chili paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Procedure:
Take a pan, add oil in it. Add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste in it. Now add grated turmeric root in it. Saute it well for 5 min.
Now add spring garlic,onion, tomatoes in it. Add green peas in it.
Mix all well. Cook it for 10 to 15 min. If required add 3 tbsp of oil in it.
