Bean sizzler

Dear diet..... Today's recipe is.....

Mexican sizzler:
Ingredients:

1 bowl of kidney beans ( boiled)
1 bowl of rice ( cooked)
1 bowl of French fries
1 bowl of chopped vegetables of your choice ( like broccoli, French beans, capsicum, onion, tomato )
2 tbsp of garlic paste,lemon juice
1 tbsp of black pepper powder, coriander chopped, cumin powder 
1 bowl of chopped tomatoes 
1/2 bowl of chopped onion
Red chilli powder
3 tbsp of spring onion, spring garlic (chopped)
Salt to taste 
Cabbage leaves (whole)
2 tbsp of sour cream 
Nachos 
Cheese (grated) 
Oil

Procedure:

For French fries

For rice
Take a pan, add oil in it. Add spring garlic and onion in it. Saute it well. 
Add cooked rice, salt, red chilli powder, coriander, black pepper powder in it. Mix all well. Now lastly add kidney beans in it. 
Rice is ready.

For veggies 
Take olive oil in a pan. Add salt and oregano in it. Add  2 tsp lemon juice in it. Now add your choice of vegetables and saute it well. Dont overcook it. 

For sauce:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add garlic paste then onion nd then tomatoes in it. 
Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, coriander in it. 
Add 1 cup of water then add messed kidney beans.cook it for 10 min. sauce is ready. 

Servings:

Take  hot sizzler plate. Spread cabbage leaves on it. Assemble prepared rice, sauce, veggies, nachos, french fries on it. 
Put sour cream on rice and cheese on nachos.
