gobi paratha

Ingredients:

1 bowl of grated gobi( cabbage )
1 bowl of potatoes ( cooked& messed)
1 tbsp green chilli  ginger paste, red chilli powder, cumincoriander powder, garam masala, chopped coriander, mustard seeds
2 tbsp sugar, lemon juice
1 tbs of turmeric powder
Salt to taste 
Oil 
For daugh 
1 bowl wheat flour  
1 tbsp oil 
Salt to taste 
Water 

Procedure:

Take a pan add wheat flour un it.add salt and water in it. Put it aside. 

Now take another pan add oil in it. Add mustard seeds in it. Add cabbage in it. 

Add salt and turmeric powder in it. Saute it for 5 to 6 min.

Now add boiled and messed potatoes in above mixture. Add chilli ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice, chopped coriander  in it. The stuffing is ready.

Now take daugh stuff the stuffing and make paratha from it. 

Servings:

Serve it with curd, catchup.
