Green gram (mung) curry

Ingredients:
2 bowl of green gram (mung) (cooked)
1 bowl of curd
1 glass of water
1 tbsp of red chilli powder, green chilli, ginger, garlic paste
1 tbsp of mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic
Pinch of asafetida 
2 tsp of turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder 
2 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take cooker add green gram and water in it. Cook it until 3 whistles.

Now take a pan add oil in it. Add whole red chili ,mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic, Pinch of asafetida ,red chilli powder, green chilli, ginger, garlic paste in it. 
Saute all well. 

Add above mixture in green gram. Now add water, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder in it. Add curd in it. Cook it for 10 min

Servings:
Serve it by sprinkling chopped coriander. And serve it with either rice or chapati or parotha.
