idada

Idada 

Ingredients:

1 bowl of rice (soaked)
1/4 bowl of urad dal or black gram (soaked)
1 tbsp of mustard seeds, coriander chopped, green chillies chopped ,curd
3 tbsp of oil
1 cup water 
2 tsp of fruit salt
Salt to taste
Steamer 

Procedure:

For batter

Soak  rice, black gram in water over night.

Using grinder blend above ingredients and make smooth better. Add water to make it thin. Put it aside for 1 hour.then Add curd, fruit salt and salt in it. Batter  is ready.

Now take steamer add water in it. Grease the container. Cook the batter for 10 to 15 min. 

When it all get ready . Take a pan add oil in it add mustard seeds,green chillies in it and then add steamed idada in it. Lastly add coriander in it.

Servings

Serve it with catchup,green chatni or tea.
