Ingredients:
1 bowl of your choice of vegetables ( bottle gourd, french beans, capsicum, cauliflower or broccoli)
4 tbsp chopped spring garlic ,curd, mayonnaise
2 tbsp of red chilli powder
1 tbsp of black pepper powder, cumin coriander powder
Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add chopped spring garlic in it. Saute it for 2 min.
Now add chopped vegetables in it. Add coriander cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt in it and mix it well.
Now take another pan add some oil in it add mayonnaise, salt, red chilli powder in it. At last add curd in it. Cook it for 5 min.
Now add above sauce into the vegetable mixture and again cook it for 5 min.
