mung(mug ni dal) dal vada

Ingredients:

2 bowl of soaked  (5 to 6 hour) mung (mag ni dal) dal 
1/2 bowl of chopped onion
2 tbsp green chilli, ginger, garlic paste
Mint chatni and onion (for serving)
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take soaked mung dal and make paste from it using food processor. 

Add ginger, chilli,garlic paste, salt and chopped onion in it. Dont add too much water, just add 2 tbsp of water for whole batter.

Deep fry it on medium flame. 

Servings:

Serve it with mint chatni and onion.
