🍴Ingredients (for 4 person)🍴
🔹For pita 🔹
2 bowl of wheat flour h
2 tbsp curd, oil
1 tsp baking soda
Water
🔹For sauces🔹
▪️For tahini
3 tbsp of sesame seeds
3 tbsp of olive oil
▪️For hummus
1 bowl chickpeas (cooked)
2 tbsp garlic, tahini ,lemon juice
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
▪️For baba ghanoush
1 big eggplant (or 3 to 4 small)
2 tbsp garlic,tahini, lemon juice
Salt to taste
▪️For Tzatziki
4 tbsp hung curd
2 tsp olive oil
4 tbsp gratted cucumber
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped green chilli
Salt to taste
🔹For fritter🔹
1 bowl chickpeas (cooked)
2 tbsp paste of green chilli, garlic and hummus
2 tbsp of wheat flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 bowl of chopped vegetables like cabbage,cucumbers,onion
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure:🍴
▪️Take 2 bowl of chickpeas and soak it overnight. Cook it in pressure cooker with 4 whistles.
🔹For pita 🔹
Take a bowl add curd and baking soda in it.leave it for 3 min.
Now take wheat flour add oil,salt in it. Add above curd in it. Using water make daugh from it. Rest the daugh for 5 to 6 hours.
After resting hours, take daugh roll it. Cook it as chapati.pita is ready
🔹For fritter🔹
Take chickpeas mess it,add salt,paste of green chilli, garlic and hummus,wheat flour, lemon juice,chopped vegetables like cabbage,cucumbers,onion.mix all well.
Make tikki from it and deep fry it on medium flame.
▪️For hummus ▪️
Take a jar add chickpeas (cooked), garlic,salt tahini ,lemon juice, red chilli powder. Using food processor make fine paste from it. Hummus is ready
▪️For baba ghanoush ▪️
Take 1 big eggplant (or 3 to 4 small) and barbecue it. Pill of the skin.
Take food processor jar add above eggplant, garlic,tahini, lemon juice
Salt and make fine paste from it. Sauce is ready.
▪️For Tzatziki▪️
Take hung curd , olive oil, gratted cucumber, mint leaves, chopped green chilli
Salt. Mix all well. Put it into
refrigerator.
▪️For salad ▪️
Take cabbage, onion, cucumber. Seasoning it with olive oil, salt and lemon juice
🍽servings🍽️
Spread sauces into pita bread, add salad and put fritter in it. Serve it with salad and sauces.
