pita bread with hummus

🍥Pita head with hummus🍥
🍽Ingredients (for 4 person)🍴
🔹For pita 🔹
2 bowl of wheat flour 
2 tbsp curd, oil
1 tsp baking soda
Water 

🔹For sauces🔹
▪️For tahini
3 tbsp of sesame seeds 
3 tbsp of olive oil

▪️For hummus 
1  bowl chickpeas (cooked)
2 tbsp garlic, tahini ,lemon juice
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure:🍴

▪️Take 2 bowl of chickpeas and soak it overnight. Cook it in pressure cooker with 4 whistles.
🔹For pita 🔹
Take a bowl add curd and baking soda in it.leave it for 3 min.
Now take wheat flour add oil,salt in it. Add above curd in it. Using water make daugh from it. Rest the daugh for 5 to 6 hours.

After resting hours, take daugh roll it. Cook it as chapati.pita is ready.

▪️For hummus ▪️
Take a jar add  chickpeas (cooked), garlic,salt tahini ,lemon juice, red chilli powder. Using food processor make fine paste from it. Hummus is ready.

🍽Servings🍽
Serve hummus with pita.
