For lavash
1 bowl of wheat flour
2 tbsp of curd
1 tsp of baking soda
Sesame seeds
1 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste
For baba ghanoush
1 big eggplant if small then take 3 to 4
(bringle)
7 to 8 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of olive oil, lemon juice
2 tbsp of tahini
Salt to taste
Procedure:
For baba ghanoush
Take eggplant and put it on stove burner to barbecue it.
When it gets cooked pill of the skin.
Now take food processor add tahini (mixture of olive oil and sesame seeds)
Garlic, eggplant, lemon juice in it.
Make fine paste from it. If required add 1 to 2 tbsp of water
For lavash
Take a bowl add curd and baking soda in it. Put it aside for 3 min.
Take a bowl add wheat flour in it. Add oil, salt in it. Add above curd in it. Make daugh from it.
Rest the daugh for 5 to 6 hour.
You can use yeast instead of curd and baking soda.
Now make chapati from it by adding sesame seed in it. Apply olive oil on both the sides of chapati.
Cut it into triangles. Now put it into microwave for 2 min and again turn it then put it for 30 sec. Lavash is ready.
