puran poli(vedmi)

Ingredients:

1 bowl of split red gram (tuver dal)(cooked)
1 bowl of sugar 
1 tbsp cardamom powder
1 bowl of wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
Water for daugh 
Ghee

Procedure:
 Take a pan. Add cooked dal in it. Add sugar and cardamom powder innit. Mix all well. Cook it until sugar dissolve. Stir it continuously. Put it aside till it comes to room temperature.

Now take a bowl add wheat flour, oil and water in it. Prepare daugh from it.

Now take daugh stuff the stuffing then roll chapati from it. 

Using nonstick cook chapati on both the sides. You can use ghee while cooking.

Serving:
serve it hot by applying lots of ghee on the top.
