tangi roti

Ingredients 

5 to 6 leftover rotis, chapaties
2 tbsp of oil
1 chopped tomato
2 tsp mustard oil , turmeric powder, redchilli powder
Curry leaves
Chopped Green chillies ( optional, if want more spicy)
1 tbsp chopped coriander 

Procedure:

Take a pan, add oil in it. Add mustard seeds in it. Add curry leaves and green chillies in it.

Add red chilli powder  turmeric powder, salt in it. Add tomato in it.Saute all well.

Now add crumble of leftover rotis in it. 
Cook it for 5 min. Lastly add chopped coriander in it.
