coffee mousse

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of instant coffee, sugar
1 tbsp of warm water
2 scoop vanilla icecream
4 tbsp melted dark or milk chocolate

Procedure:

Take a mixture add coffee,sugar and water in it.  Mix it well.Put it aside.

Now take a pan add water in it. Put another pan on it and add dark or milk chocolate. Dont put off stove until chocolate get melted. 

Now take two glasses. Fill it with vanilla icecream. Then other layer of coffee and then melted chocolate. 

Put glasses in refrigerator until chocolate becomes hard. Approximately 15 min.

Mousse is ready to eat.
