Dal Usad

Ingredients:

1 cup mix dal ( split bengalgram, split red gram, split black gram, split green gram )
( urad, tuver, mung, chana dal)

1/2 bowl of chopped tomatoes 
1/2 bowl of chopped onion 
2 tbsp of green chilli, ginger, garlic paste 
2 tsp of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder 
2 tbsp of oil
1 to 2 bey leaves, 3 to 4 cloves, 1 to 2 whole red chilli
1 tbsp cumin  seeds, lemon juice
Aaloo  sev 
Wafers 
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take cooker add mix dal, water and salt in it. Blow 5 whistles to cook dal.
As it get cooked add ginger, chilli, garlic paste,turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder in it.

Now take another pan add oil innit. Add cumin seeds, clove,whole red chili, beyleaves in it.

Add onion and tomato, red vhilli powder. Saute it well for 3 min. Now add this into mix dal. Mix all things well. Add 2 glass of water. Cook it for 5 min

Now take a bowl first add dal in it then tomato,  onion then add aloo sev in it. If require as more lemon juice afterwards.
