tomato soup

Ingredients:

7 to 8 tomatoes
4 glasses of water
2 green chilli, ginger, garlic ( or garlic powder)
1 tbsp of black salt, mint leaves (chopped)
1 tsp of black pepper powder
1 tbsp of butter
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take a pan add water in it. Add tomatoes green chilli, ginger and garlic in it.

Boil that together by 5 minutes. When tomatoes get cooked. Switched off the stove.

Now when mixture comes to room temperature, by using blender blend all together. Make puree from it. Then strain that puree.

Now add sugar, salt, black salt, black pepper powder in it. Lastly add chopped mint leaves and butter in it.

Servings:
 Serve it with croutons.
