🍴Ingredients 🍴
5 tomatoes 4 onion( roughly chopped)
1 bowl of chopped vegetables (like carrot, cabbage, peas,capsicum, onion)
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garam masala, cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder,chili and ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 to 2 bay leaves
2 tbsp of garlic paste
6 to 7 cashew nut
1 glass of water
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔸️Take a pan add roughly chopped tomato and onion in it. Add cashew nut and salt and water in it. Let it cook for 10 min. Then make fine puree of it.
🔸️Take a pan add oil in it. Add bay leaves add all chopped vegetables in it. Add garam masala, chilli powder, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt in it cook it for 10 min.
🔸️After veggies got cooked or halfly cooked add tomato onion puree in it. Mix all well.
🔸️cook it for 5 min until gravy become thick. Lastly add chopped coriander and cheese (optional)
