🍴Ingredients 🍴
1 bowl cheakpeas (cooked)
1 bowl tomato onion puree
1 bowl of wheat flour
Grated cheese (as required)
Kasuri methi (as per taste)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp ginger, garlic ,chilli paste, ground nut powder, cumin coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala, redchilli powder
🍴Procedure🍴
🔸️Take a pan. Add wheat flour in it. Add salt and water in it. Make daugh from it.Put it aside for half an hour.
🔸️ Now take 3 tomatoes and onions, using food processor make puree from it.
🔸️Take a pan add ginger chili garlic paste in it add puree in it. Add garam masala,ground nut powder, cumin coriander powder, redchilli powder,salt in it. Cook it for 10 min
🔸️Lastly add chickpeas and coriander in it. Cook it for 5 min.Chhole is ready
🔸️Now take daugh roll it ,stuff grated cheese and kasuri methi in it. Again roll it,Just like stuffed paratha. Deep fry it on high flame.
