🍴Ingredients 🍴
🔵for stuffing🔵
1 bowl of chopped vegetables like cabbage, onion, capsicum, carrot cucumber
2 tbsp of ginger,chilli garlic paste,oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
🔵for coating🔵
1 bowl of wheat flour
1 bowl of all purpose flour
Salt
Water
2 tbsp oil
🔵For dip🔵
4 to 5 whole red chilli
4 tbsp of hot water
Salt
2 tbsp garlic paste, tomato catchup
2 tsp of oil
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔸️Take a pan. Add oil in it add ginger chilli garlic paste, salt, lemon juice or vinegar and all chopped vegetables. Cook it for 10 min
Stuffing is ready.
🔸️Take a bowl add wheat and all purpose flour, salt,oil and water in it.
🔸️Make daugh from it. And put it aside for 15 min.
🔸️Take a pan add water in it. Add whole red chilli in it.
🔸️Now using food processor make paste from it.
🔸️take a pan add oil in it. Add garlic paste then above paste in it. Add salt and catchup in it. Cook it for 5 min. Dip is ready.
🔸️Now take daugh and make chapati from it. Add stuffing in it. Put it into microwave for 1 min.
🔸️Then deep fry it.
