🍴Ingredients 🍴
4 buns or 8 slices of bread
4 tbsp butter
1 bowl of kidney beans
6 to 7 blanch tomatoes
2 onions chopped
4 tbsp garlic paste
300 gm grated cheese (mixture of mozzarella and process cheese can be used)
3 tbsp basil,black paper powder,green chilli paste
1 tbsp of sugar, corn flour
1 bowl corn(boiled)
2 cups of milk
Black Olives
🍴Procedure🍴
🔵For white sauce🔵
Take a pan. Add 2 tbsp butter in it. Add 1 tbsp all purpose flour in it. Mix both and stir it for 5 min then add milk in it. Add garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt ,sugar corn and some cheese in it. Cook it until it becomes thick gravy form.
🔵For bean sauce🔵
Make puree of blanched tomatoes then take a pan add butter in it. Add onion in it saute it for 5in. Add garlic and chilli paste in it. Now add tomato puree. Dilute corn flour in water and add this in to puree. Add boiled kidney beans, black paper powder,salt, black olives in it. Cook it for 10 min.
🔵for layers🔵
🔷️Take bun cut it into half. Toast it in to butter. If you have bread then direct toast it in butter.
🔷️Now take microwave friendly bowl first arrange the bread slices or bun. Put grated cheese on it.
🔷️then pour white sauce on it. Again make layer of bread. Then pour bean sauce. Lastly spread grated cheese and basil. You can make as many layers as you can.
🔷️cook it in microwave for ql15 min at 180°c. Or if you dont have microwave,put nonstick on stove and put bowl on nonstick cook it for 7 min.
