🍴Ingredients 🍴
2 bowl of half cooked rice
1 bowl of your choice veggies like tomato, potato, onion, cabbage
1 tbsp of whole black pepper, cloves, cumin coriander powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 mace
3 tbsp of butter, oil
2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp garlic paste, green chilli paste
3 tbsp of milk
1 pinch saffron
Dryfruits (optional)
For raita
1/2 bowl of chopped tomato,onion, cucumber
1/2 bowl of curd
1 tsp salt, black salt, black pepper powder, 1 chopped green chilli.
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔷️Take a pan add water in it. Add black pepper, mace, cloves in it, add rice in it. And cook it for 10 min.
🔷️Take a pan add chopped vegetables I it. Add salt, oil and garam masala in it. Mix that well. Now put this pan into microwave for 15 min. You can fry it too.
🔷️Take a pan add butter in it. Add garlic and green chilli paste in it. Add tomatoes in it. Add garam masala, salt, cumin coriander powder, turmeric in it. Stir it well then add water in it. Transfer this into another bowl.
🔷️Now take a pan add above tomato puree In it. Then add layer of half cooked rice.
🔷️Next layer is of vegetables. Then again rice.
🔷️Repeat the process of making layers like this.
🔷️soak saffron and cardamom powder in warm milk for 5 min.
🔷️lastly pour above milk on sides of pan.
🔷️Add water if required, put some butter on edges of pan. Put lid on pan. Put some weight on lid if required.cook it for 10 min on slow flame.
🔷️Now take a bowl add cucumber tomato onion, green chilli, card, salt, black salt , black pepper powder, mix all well. Raita is ready.
