🍴Ingredients 🍴
1 bowl chopped vegetables like onion,tomato, capsicum
2 tbsp of carom seeds ,chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oregano or mix herbs
5 tbsp if tomato catch up
1 bowl of wheat flour for paratha daugh
5 tbsp of mayonnaise or southwest sauce
1 tbsp of green chilli ginger paste
Salt to taste
Grated cheese as required
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔷️Take a bowl add wheat flour, oil and salt in it using water make daugh.Now roll it and cook it from both the sides like chapati.
🔷️Take a pan add oil in it. Saute onion and capsicum with mix herbs and salt. Put it aside.
🔷️Take a pan add oil in it add onion,saute it for 5 min then add tomato and capsicum in it.
🔷️Add chili flakes, mix herbs, oregano,green chilli ginger paste,tomato catch up,carom seeds,black pepper powder ,salt in it and cook it for 15 min. Pizza sauce is ready.
🔷️Now on a nonstick put some oil then put chapati on it. Then spread pizza sauce, gratedcheese then put another chapati on that spread mayonnaise or southwest sauce, saute veggies and cheese on it. Cover it with another chapati.
🔷️Now roast this layered stuff from both the sides using oil like we make paratha.
