🍴Ingredients 🍴
1 bowl of oats (smooth grinding flour)
(You can use masala oats too)
1/2 bowl of chopped mixture of tomato , onion, capsicum (can be used vegetables like broccoli, carrot, cabbage too)
1 packet Maggie masala packet ( if you have used plain oats)
1 tbsp of chopped coriander and green chillies
4 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp curd
1 glass of water
Grated cheese
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔷️Take a bowl add oats flour, curd, maggi masala (you can add red chilli powder, turmeric, chat masala instead of maggi masala) salt, water,cheese in it. Put it aside for 15 min.
🔷️Now take a pan add oil in it add chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum, green chilli ,coriander,salt in it. Saute all well.
🔷️Add the oats batter in the pan. Cover it with lid. Cook it for 10 min for one side.
🔷️After that turn it and cook it for another 10 min.sprinkle grated cheese on it.
