🍴ingredients 🍴
1 boiled corn
200 gm paneer
4 diced tomatoes, onions
2 to 3 cloves,beyleaves,black pepper
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp red chilli garlic paste,sesame
1 tbsp cumin coriander powder,red chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 glass of water
1 tbsp coriander ( chopped), pomegranate (optional),kasuri methi
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔷️Take a pan add oil in it. Saute paneer in it for 3 min.
🔷️Take another pan add bey leaves, clove,black pepper,red chilli garlic paste, onion,tomato, turmeric powder,cumin coriander powder,salt,sesame in it. Cook it for 20 min with lid on it.
🔷️As it gets cooked switch off the stove and add water in it. Using food processor make gravy from it.
🔷️Now add corn and kasuri methi in it.
🔷️In another container add oil add red chilli powder and water in it to prepare tadka.
🔷️Add tadka into gravy and cook it for 5 min lastly add paneer in it.
