Dal Pakwan

🥘Dal pakwan🥘
🍴Ingredients 🍴
1 cup  (soaked) split begal gram (chana dal)
2  chopped onion and tomatoes ,green chillies
1 tbsp turmeric powder,redchilli powder,cumin coriander powder,cumin seeds,curry leaves,chopped coriander 
3 tbsp oil
2 glass of water
Sweet chatni (optional)
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure🍴
🔷️Soak split begal gram for 1 hour in water.
🔷️Now take pressure cooker add oil in it add chopped onion,tomato, green chilli, soaked begal gram, water,salt in it. 
🔷️cook it until 2 whistle. Open the cooker add turmeric powder,cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder in it. Mix all well.
🔷️Now take a pan add oil, cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chilli in it. Add this tadka into dal.
Dal is ready.
🍽Servings🍽
Serve dal by adding chopped onion, coriander, sweet chatni on it. Serve it with masala puri, puri or rice.
