For 6 paratha
2 bowl wheat flour
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp kasuri methi, oil
Salt to taste
Water
For ghee maida mixture
1 tbsp maida(all purpose flour)
2 tbsp ghee
🍥Procedure 🍥
🔷️Take a bowl add wheat flour, ghee,oil, salt,kasuri methi in it. By adding water make fine dough. Leave it aside for 10 to 15 min.
🔷️Now for maida and ghee mixture, add both and mix well.
🔷️Take dough and roll it. Apply some mixture on it. Then cut it in to strips. Again gather the strips and roll it.
🔷️Cook it on nonstick on medium flame.
