paneer pasanda

🥘Paneer Pasanda🥘
🍥Ingredients 🍥
For 4 persons
200 gm paneer cubes
1 bowl tomato puree 
1 bowl onion puree 
2 tbsp cumin coriander powder, garlic red chilli paste, ginger green chili paste,kasuri methi,curd,oil,begal gram flour
2 to 3 bey leaves, black pepper, cinnamon 
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

🥘Procedure 🥘
👉 Take a bowl add paneer in it. Add cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, bey leaves, cinnamon, black pepper salt,begal gram flour in it.
👉 Now add tomato and onion puree, ginger chilli paste, garlic red chili paste in it. And marinate it for 1 hour.
👉 Take a pan add oil in it. Add marinated mixture in it with kasuri methi. Cook it for 15 min. 
👉Lastly, add curd in it. 

🍽Servings 🍽
Serve it by sprinkling spring garlic on it. Serve it with paratha ,kulcha,roti, rice.
