🥗Burnt garlic rice with exotic Paneer 🥗

🥗Ingredients 🥗
For 2 people
1 bowl of cooked rice
2 tbsp of chopped garlic, green chilli, mint leaves,butter or ghee
100 gm paneer cubes
1 tomato, 1 onion, 5 to 6 garlic cloves ,1 tbsp lemon juice (for puree)
Salt to taste

🥗Procedure 🥗
👉Take mixture jar add tomato, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt and make fine puree of it.
👉Marinate Paneer in that puree for 10 min. Put it aside.
👉Meanwhile, take a pan add butter, garlic, mint, green chilli in it. Saute garlic until it turns brown. 
Lastly add cooked riceand salt  in it. Stir it for 2 to 3 min.
Rice is ready.
👉Now take a pan add butter and cook marinated paneer with puree in it for 10 min. 

🍽Servings🍽
Serve rice with paneer.
