🥡Ingredients 🥡
1 bowl of soya chunks (soaked and boiled)
1 bowl of chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum
2 tbsp oil, ginger garlic,chilli paste
2 tbsp finely chopped ginger and garlic
2 glass of water
1 tbsp cornflour, lemon juice or vinegar, soya sauce
1 tbsp chopped spring garlic and onion
Salt to taste
🥡Procedure🥡
👉Take soya chunks soak it into water for 10 min. Then cook it into boiled water for another 10 min.
👉Take a pan add oil in it. Add ginger,chilli ,garlic paste. Ginger and garlic (chopped).Saute it for 2 min.
👉Now add tomatoes,onions, capsicum in it.add lemon juice or vinegar, soya sauce,salt in it. Saute it for 5 min.
👉Add cornflour and water. Add soya chunks in it and cook it for 10 min.
👉Lastly add spring onion and garlic.
