🥘Ingredients 🥘
1 bowl of pulses (of your choice soaked overnight and cooked) (chana,moong,kala chana,tuhar,rajma)
3 tomatoes, onions (chopped)
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp garlic, ginger, chilli paste,lemon juice
2 tsp turmeric powder,cumin coriander powder,cumin seeds
1 to 2 bey leaves
1 glass of remaining water from cooked pulses
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
🥘Procedure🥘
👉Take overnight soaked pulses and cook it into pressure cooker until 4 to 5 whistles.
👉In mixture jar add tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt lemon juice and make fine puree from it.
👉cook that puree for 5 to 10 min to burn the water in it.
👉Take a pan add oil , cumin seeds , bey leaves, ginger garlic chilli paste in it. Now add pulses I it.
👉Add remaining water from cooked pulses add salt, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder in it. Mix all well.
👉 Lastly add cooked puree in it. Cook it for 10 min.
