🍲Ingredients 🍲
1 tbsp of each masoor,urad,moong,tuhar,chana & Rice
2glass water
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp of chopped garlic and green chilli
2 tbsp of oil
2 tsp mustard seeds,ghee,turmeric powder ,red chilli powder
Salt to taste
🥗Procedure 🥗
👉Soak dal and rice for 15 min.
👉Take a pot. Add water, turmeric powder and salt in it. Now add soaked mixer in it. Cook it for 15 to 20 min.
👉Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, garlic,chilli onion in it. Saute it for 2 to 3 min.
Then add prepared khichdi or leftover khuchdi in it. Add red chilli powder and salt in it. Mix all well and cook it for 5 min.
