Bhadthu( ઑળૉ) (Barbeque eggplant subji)

🍆Bhadthu( ઑળૉ) (Barbeque eggplant subji)🍆

🍆Ingredients 🍆
3 eggplants
1 tomato
1 bowl of spring onion,spring garlic chopped
2 tbsp redchili and garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger green chilli paste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cumin coriander powder 
2  tsp Termeric powder, red chilli powder
Salt to taste

🍆Procedure 🍆
👉 Take eggplant and barbeque it on medium flame.
👉As it roast from all side pill of the skin and mess it.
👉Take a pan, add oil in it. Add ginger chilli paste, garlic red chilli paste in it. Add spring garlic, spring onion in it.
Then add chopped tomato, add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt in it. Mix all well.
👉Lastly add messed eggplant in it. Cook it for 10 min. 

🍆Serving 🍆
Serve it with bajara (millet ) roti, makai (corn) roti and garlic red chilli paste.
