1 bowl of all purpose flour
milk as required
1 bowl of suji (semolina)
1/2 bowl ghee
1/2 bowl sugar powder
2 tbsp kismis
2 tbsp pistachios
2 tsp cardamom powder
Ghee to fry
🥟Procedure 🥟
👉Take a bowl add all purpose flour in it. Add 2 tbsp ghee in it. Mix it well. Then using milk bind the dough which has same consistency as roti dough. Put it aside for 15 min.
👉Now take a pan add ghee in it. Add semolina in it. Continuously stir it. Stir it till semolina turns little pink in color.
👉 Now add cardamom powder in it. And put it aside until it comes to room temperature.
👉After that add sugar powder,kismis and pistachios in it. Stuffing is ready.
👉Now take dough and make small balls from it. Roll it. Add stuffing in it. And seal the ghughara either with hands or machine or with fork.
