🍥Ingredients 🍥
3 bowl of flattered rice(poha)
1 bowl of peanuts
4 tbsp oil
3 tbsp garlic red chilli paste
2 tbsp sesame seeds,curry leaves
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp powder sugar
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp kismis
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
🍥Procedure🍥
👉Take a pan add oil in it. Fry peanuts in it until it turns brown.
👉Fry flattered rice in it. And transfer it into container with holes (to remove excess oil)
👉Now take a pan, add oil in it. Add sesame seeds,turmeric powder, curry leaves, garlic red chilli paste in it. Mix all well and pour it on the fried flattered rice.
👉Mix it well. Add salt,sugar powder, cashews,kismis in it. Again mix it proper. Chivda is ready
