🍛Ingredients 🍛
For 4 servings
1 bowl of cooked soyabean
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garam masala, cumin coriander powder, mango powder, red chilli powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander and spring garlic
2 tsp turmeric powder ,cumin seeds
5 cloves
1 green chilli
Salt to taste
🍛Procedure 🍛
👉Take one cup of soyabean, soak it overnight in water. Cook it in pressure cooker until 5 whistles.
👉Take a pan add oil in it saute paneer cubes in it for 1 min.
👉Take a pan add oil in it add cloves,cumin seeds in it. Now add chopped tomatoes and onions in it.
👉Add cumin coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder in it. Add cooked soyabean in it.
👉Now add saute paneer cubes in it and mix all well.
👉Lastly add green chilli, coriander, spring garlic in it.
