🍚Ingredients 🍚
1 bowl of multigrain flour (mixture of besan, ragi, corn,bajara)
1 bowl of cooked rice
2 tbsp chopped coriander ,green chillies
3 tbsp curd
1 cup of water
Salt to taste
Butter or oil
🍚Procedure🍚
👉Take a pan add multigrain flour, curd, salt, green chilli, coriander in it.
👉Add rice in it and water in it. Mix all well. Put batter aside for 2 hours.
👉Now take paniyaram maker and put the batter in it cook it both the sides.
